Description
»Rhythm in Focus: Pictures at an Exhibition«
The grand finale of Bernhard Schimpelsberger’s Fellowship at Beethovenfest 2025: this time he features in a duo with Ukrainian pianist Kateryna Titova, described by critics as a »revolutionary« at the piano. The centrepiece will be Mussorgsky’s most famous work: »Pictures at an Exhibition«, arranged by Schimpelsberger for piano and percussion. He adds his own touches of colour to this musical picture gallery.
A production of Beethovenfest Bonn
The Fellowship Programme is sponsored by the Ministry of Culture and Science of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia and the city of Bonn
