Description
Bach’s monumental B-minor Mass is one of the masterpieces of music history – Marcus Schinkel coaxes completely new riches from it. With an eye for the potential contained in the original, he inserts jazzy transitions and improvisations. With this project, the composer and pianist from Bonn is continuing the success story with the Vox Bona chamber choir, which is also based here. Partners in crime will be the world-famous jazz vocal quintet The Real Group and the adventurous Baroque orchestra B’Rock.
