Visitors to the 4-pm-concerts Sundays at the Beethovenhalle can make use of our childcare service, provided by Proki Kinderevents GmbH, which includes creative workshops and play activities.
Proki’s tried-and-tested concept includes programmes tailored to children’s varying needs for creativity, activity/exercise, play, fun and quiet time.
It encourages a love of discovery and nurtures children’s curiosity through its programme content. Children are accepted just as they are, taken seriously, and the interaction is empathetic and engaging. The carers set fair boundaries and provide the children with guidance. With age-appropriate activities, they generate genuine enthusiasm among the children.
Examples:
We get creative with the kids through craft activities. The creative activities include Playmais, colouring sheets and all kinds of pens, as well as colourful paper for folding and crafting, or magic foil. The latter is used to make fascinating shrink-wrap pendants. Here, figures can be drawn onto the film with or without a template and then shrunk in the oven (brought along by Proki, of course) as if by magic. The result is brightly coloured masterpieces for key rings, school bags, as jewellery or as gifts. In addition, there are Kapla blocks, large wooden games and glitter tattoos.
Proki’s carers:
✓ Hold valid extended criminal record certificates.
✓ Are committed, punctual and completely reliable.
✓ Possess specialist knowledge for running the creative children’s activity programme, as well as educational expertise in working with children and groups of children.
✓ Undergo Proki’s in-house training.
✓ Receive a briefing tailored to specific requirements and client requests.
✓ Motively provide »active childcare«: they experience and discover things together WITH the children!
ISO 9001 certification and the child protection policy based on the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child guarantee the safety of childcare provided by Proki. Children are signed in and out, a safety check of the childcare area is carried out, and so on.
Supervisory duties are reliably fulfilled, and the number of carers is adjusted according to the age and number of children. Proki Kinderevents GmbH holds accident insurance and limited liability insurance.
