An own home, a roof over one’s head: Around 450,000 people in Germany live without this fundamental right. Our panel discussion takes up the festival theme »Home« to talk about justice at our doorstep. Renowned Cologne poverty researcher Christoph Butterwegge speaks with the Head of Social Services of the federal city of Bonn Azra Zürn, representatives of the social services, affected persons as well as American composer Gabriel Kahane.
From 17:00 to 21:30, Caritas Bonn, Diakonisches Werk Bonn, the Association for the Support of Vulnerable People, Haus Maria Königin of the Johannesbund and the Johanniter Hilfsgemeinschaft will be present in the South Foyer with information stands; they will be available to talk to the public and provide information about their work.
