    4 September–3 October 2026

    Fri 4 Sept: Opening party

Today we’re celebrating the opening of our new Festival Salon – the living room of the 2026 Beethovenfest. To mark the occasion, we’ll be serving bread and salt in the form of light snacks, as well as the Beethovenfest Cocktail 2026 for the very first time – while stocks last.

Join representatives from the Beethovenfest team to celebrate, strike up a conversation and discover the new Festival Salon. At the photo station with Polaroid cameras, you can capture special moments and show the space from your own perspective.

    Sat 5 Sept: Tea time

Today, you can look forward to an English tea time with black tea and delicious scones – recommended by the musicians of the London Symphony Orchestra.

Take a moment to relax, chat and get to know one another. If you fancy a chat, why not take inspiration from the question cards on the tables?

Thu 10 Sept: Get creative – Zurich edition

Today you have the chance to get creative yourself: use Kreativista Studio to paint your own wine glass and take it home as a memento of this festival evening.

A selection of Swiss cheese specialities will also be on offer – a gesture from the musicians of the Tonhalle Orchestra Zurich. Enjoy a glass of wine with your cheese, strike up a conversation with one another, and let the evening get off to a relaxed start.

Fri 11 Sept: Get creative – Bonn edition

Today you have the chance to get creative yourself: use Kreativista Studio to paint your own wine glass and take it home as a memento of this festival evening.

Afterwards, raise a glass to the evening with the Beethovenfest Cocktail 2026. Strike up a conversation with one another, enjoy the special atmosphere and let’s kick off the festival evening together.

Sat 12 Sept: Block by block

Today, we’d like to invite you to come and play with Lego: at our building tables, Lego sets are waiting to be put together – from musically inspired designs to floral arrangements that evoke the cosiness of home.

Take some time to build, chat and get to know one another. The bar is open, serving refreshing drinks.

    Thu 17 Sept: One-to-one

Today, the focus is on personal interaction. Take the opportunity to chat with members of the Beethovenfest team in a relaxed atmosphere – in face-to-face conversations with a Beethovenfest cocktail.

Get to know the people behind the festival, find out more about the programme, the arrangements and the ideas behind it, and ask any questions you may have about Beethovenfest.

Fri 18 Sept: Happiness shared is happiness doubled

The young members of the Beethovenfest Circle of Friends would like to invite you this evening to meet new people and share little moments of joy.

Your bingo card will guide you through the evening. Make your way around the various stations and see the little tasks on the card as an invitation to strike up a conversation with one another. Give out compliments at the pearl station, enjoy some refreshments from our buffet and share your thoughts on the »wall of happiness« – there’s no right or wrong here. Just join in with whatever takes your fancy. Have fun!

Sat 19 Sept: There’s no Happy Hour today.
    Thu 24 Sept: Concert blossoms

»Immerse yourself in our garden. Gather and share thoughts of happiness. A bouquet full of good wishes is like a concert full of timbres.«

Members of the Circle of Friends invite you to create bouquets for the evening’s artists and to strike up a conversation over some cold drinks. You can capture your special garden moments in a photo booth and take them home with you.

    Fri 25 Sept: Treat yourself!

Today, you can look forward to a touch of that Italian spa atmosphere. Daniel Cremer and Anna Schmidbauer have put together an hour-long programme to complement today’s »Italian Symphony« by Felix Mendelssohn: treat yourself to a relaxing massage or make yourself comfortable in our reading corner with some Italian coffee-table books.

To accompany this, we’ll be serving an Italian delicacy – an invitation to enjoy yourself, linger and chat.

Sat 26 Sept: A magical hour!

To complement András Schiff’s surprise programme, we have invited the magician Felix Bergmann, who will be putting on a short magic show to leave you in awe.

Anyone who’d like to experience a bit of magic for themselves is warmly invited to learn a trick or two. Let yourself be surprised, strike up a conversation with others and enjoy an evening full of little wonders.

Thu 1 Oct: Musical postcards – greetings for the concert!

Contribute something of yourself to today’s concert: design a postcard that can later form part of the concert evening with Momi Maiga and the Ensemble Resonanz. The concert’s dramaturg, Anselm Dalferth, will be guiding this activity and offering fascinating insights into the development and ideas behind the programme.

Be inspired, put your creativity down on paper and become part of a special musical exchange.

Fri 2 Oct: Looking for the right part

Today, we’d like to invite you to join us for some jigsaw puzzles. At our jigsaw tables, you’ll find a variety of designs inspired by Beethovenfest – with different levels of difficulty and numbers of pieces, so there’s something for everyone.

Take a seat, put the first few pieces together with your friends and enjoy the Beethovenfest Cocktail 2026 whilst you’re at it.

Sat 3 Oct: Come and celebrate with us!

Today we’re celebrating the festival’s final Happy Hour together. To round things off, we invite you to relive the best moments from the past few weeks: join in a group jigsaw, get creative with our Lego sets, or capture special memories at the photo station with Polaroid cameras.

Raise a glass with the Beethovenfest Cocktail 2026 to mark the successful conclusion of the festival. Come together one last time, chat and share stories, and bring Beethovenfest to a close together in a relaxed atmosphere.
