Melanie Konrad has been living in Bonn with her dog Filou for about eight years. Of this timespan, she has spent the first four and a half on the street, two away from the street, and the last more than two years on the street again. For the past five years, she has been explaining her mini-flat on the streets of Bonn on city tours with the organisation stadtstreifen e. V., in order for her tour participants to gain a better understanding of what it means to be human.
