Ticket information

Tickets are available on Programme & Tickets or 
by telephone on +49 (0)228 - 20 10 3 44 (Thu, 10:00–16:00).

At 30 Nov–8 Dec 2023, the ticket hotline is open Mon–Fri, 10:00–16:00.

The staff of our telephone ticket hotline will be happy to provide you with information about the programme.

Tickets for wheelchair users and accompanying persons can only be purchased via the ticket hotline on +49 (0)228 - 20 10 3 44 or by emailing tickets@beethovenfest.de. Entry is free for the accompanying person, but they do require a ticket.

This offer is valid for

• Children from the age of three
• Pupils, students and trainees
• Unemployed persons
• Participants in the Federal Volunteer Service aged up to 30
• entitled holders of a Bonn Card (Bonn-Ausweis)
• severely disabled persons. The accompanying person is entitled to a free ticket if the disabled person has a »B« on their pass. The relevant document for confirming eligibility for the concession must be shown unprompted upon entry to the event.

Available for school pupils, students and apprentices (up to 30 years old) at the box office (subject to availability) from 15 minutes before the start of the event upon presentation of valid ID.

Event tickets are valid for journeys across the entire Verkehrsverbund Rhein-Sieg (VRS) network from four hours before the event until 03:00.

Special conditions for print@home tickets

The print@home ticket alone is not valid as a travel ticket. With an e-ticket, the VRS ticket must be activated in addition to the ticket purchase. Information on how to obtain the VRS-Kombi ticket will be sent to ticket buyers by e-mail from August. We will also publish instructions here on our homepage.

The return and exchange of tickets are not possible even in the case of only partially fulfilled orders.
