Münsterplatz is located to the north-west of Bonn Minster and can be reached from the main railway station via Poststraße. Alongside Friedensplatz and Bonner Marktplatz, it is one of the three largest squares in Bonn’s pedestrian zone. There are many historic buildings on Münsterplatz, especially the former main post office. The famous Bonn Beethoven monument stands in front of it.
