St. Johannes der Täufer, Meckenheim

The Roman Catholic church of St John the Baptist belongs to the parish of the same name in Meckenheim. Originally conceived as a hall church, the building was extended in Romanesque times to include a massive square tower. In 1889/90, the current church building was erected on the site of the previous building. The medieval church tower has been preserved.

This venue is barrier-free for wheelchair users. A barrier-free toilet is available.
