People with a disabled person’s ID card are entitled to a 50% discount on tickets for all Beethovenfest events. This discount is available in the webshop or when purchasing via the ticket hotline: +49 (0)228 – 20 10 3 44 (Monday–Friday, 9:00–15:00).

Wheelchair spaces are available in all venues, the only exception being Burg Namedy. To book a wheelchair space (reduced admission) and a free ticket for an accompanying person, please call +49 (0)228 - 20 10 3 44 (Monday–Friday, 9:00–15:00) or email tickets@beethovenfest.de. Bookings cannot be made in the webshop.

Relaxed performances appeal to an audience that benefits from a relaxed atmosphere at concerts. Those who make uncontrollable noises or movements, or who feel excluded by strict performance space conventions, are welcome here. This includes people on the autism spectrum, those with Tourette’s syndrome, learning difficulties, or chronic pain. The Relaxed Performances are also aimed at anyone who feels more comfortable in a more inclusive environment. At the concert, we offer individual seating options and can cater for your needs. You are free to move and express yourself.

Open-air concerts are easier to access than events in venues. What’s more, our open-air concerts are free of charge.
