Workshop and rehearsal visit with the Beethoven Orchester Bonn

We are delighted to be returning to the Beethovenhalle this year! School classes will have the opportunity to experience the Beethoven Orchester Bonn up close. The orchestra’s musicians will be rehearsing with Principal Conductor Dirk Kaftan for their concert at our festival. You and your school classes can watch them at work. This year’s concert will focus on the combination of vocal music and a large symphony orchestra. Antonín Dvořák’s symphony »From the New World« will also be performed.

Tailored workshops will prepare school classes in advance for the rehearsal visit and the music.

All workshops are free of charge. Participating classes can purchase discounted concert tickets for €5 per pupil.

Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Dates for the workshops will be agreed with interested teachers.
