The concert at a glance
Description
Music that goes to the limits of the human experience: the Baroque ensemble B’Rock and the Dutch soprano Olivia Vermeulen search for the sound of life and death. The Finnish jazz guitarist and composer Kalle Kalima responds to the timeless lamentation music of the 17th century with his own unique musical language.
The artists are supported in this project by the Tax Shelter measure of the
Belgian Federal Government through Flanders Tax Shelter.
Kalle Kalima’s compositions have been supported by »Taike« Arts Promotion Centre Finland.
