Description
In this discussion concert, Alexander Melnikov reveals his personal approach to Ludwig van Beethoven’s first piano concerto. With this work, the young Bonn composer made a name for himself – as a pianist and a composer – in Vienna in around 1800. From the fortepiano, Melnikov directs the B’Rock Orchestra musicians on their historic instruments.
