Description
Robert Quinney has held England’s most famous organist jobs: at King’s College Cambridge, at London’s Westminster Abbey, and at New College Oxford, his current home. A renowned expert, he brings the historic St. Martinus organ from 1768 to life. His programme ranges from the Renaissance and Baroque to the Classical period and present day – always with a penchant for the playful: harmonic puzzles, note symbolism, and pieces for mechanical music boxes.
