Description
Anna Handler, Artist in Residence at the Beethoven-Haus for the 2026/27 season, is one of the most promising conductors of the younger generation. She is also making a name for herself as a pianist and chamber musician through a range of exciting projects. To mark Good Friday and the anniversary of Beethoven’s death, she is combining a key work by Beethoven’s teacher, Joseph Haydn, with thematically appropriate movements from his late quartets.
