The Beethovenhalle is located in the centre of Bonn, right on the banks of the Rhine. Built in 1956, it has witnessed many extraordinary events over the past 70 years, including concerts, federal assemblies, a major fire, and most recently, extensive renovations in line with heritage requirements. After almost 10 years, the Beethovenhalle will reopen its doors in December 2025.
The chamber music hall, which seats 216 people, is located in the south forum of the building.
