Vibrant, spectacular and novel! Perhaps these three words describe the work of Eva Duda Company the best. The team consists of young and energetic performers and creators, whose fundamentals are to work as a team creatively, constantly inspiring each other. They create thought-provoking, bold or playful performances, inviting spectators to special journeys.

The ensemble is one of the best-known and most dynamic independent dance companies in Hungary, founded in 2009 by choreographer and director Éva Duda. In addition to creating high-quality dance theatre performances, the profile of the company also includes training programmes, professional events, inviting international artists, and organising student theatre event series.

More than 12,000 spectators see their performances every year, and all shows are sold out. The company has participated in more than 60 festivals in Hungary and abroad. They worked in co-production with the National Dance Theatre, the Hungarian Dance University, the Trafó House of Contemporary Arts, the Budapest Operetta Theatre, and the Budapest Festival Orchestra. The National Dance Theatre is the Company’s home and permanent venue.
