Konstantin Udert is co-founder and managing director of the detect classic festival as well as its sister projects Between Mountains Festival and nowHERE Festival, now part of the Detect Sounds gUG. Even during his performance-oriented music studies and political science studies, he became managing director oft he junge norddeutsche philharmonie. Since 2023, apart from his cultural engagement, Konstantin Udert has been active as a consultant in the Hamburger company GET AHEAD Executive Search.
