Janina Rinck (born 1990) is a cultural manager and musicologist and has been Managing Director of PODIUM Esslingen since March 2026. Prior to this, she worked for ten years as a development manager for the globally touring Mahler Chamber Orchestra and in the artistic administration office of the Berlin Philharmonic. From 2024 to 2026, she spent three semesters as a co-lecturer on audience engagement courses at the Leuphana Concert Lab at Leuphana University Lüneburg. Whilst studying musicology at Humboldt University in Berlin, she gained festival experience at the SommerMusikAkademie Schloss Hundisburg, alongside her work for the Konzerthaus Berlin and the Junge Freund:innen der Berliner Philharmoniker.
