Guido Vaněk-Preuß is a dramaturg, strategy consultant and systemic coach. As a process facilitator, moderator and cultural actor, he moves at the intersections of art, organisational development and cultural change. Together with Karel Vanek, he leads the Tanzgenerator Bonn as well as the Tanzwerke Vaněk Preuß and is the producer and organiser of contemporary dance projects. Within the context of the development programme »Übermorgen« of the Kulturstiftung des Bundes, he functions as a process facilitator for the Bonner transformation project »teilen.verbinden.wachsen.bonn«. His work connects artistic practice and systemic perspective, participation and future-oriented development of organisations and networks.
