Anne-Lene Nölder works as a dance artist in Belgium and Germany. She studied psychology in Leipzig as well as contemporary dance at the Hochschule für Musik und Tanz Köln and the Royal Conservatoire Antwerp. As a dancer she worked with Martin Sonderkamp and Darko Dragičević, Marlin de Haan, Femke Gyselinck and Ursina Tossi among others and cooperates regularly with the choreographer Kinga Jaczewska.
Nöldner co-organises the platform Dancer Training Antwerp – weekly training and artistic exchange for the independent dance scene in Antwerp. In 2025 she wrote for the Belgian magazine for performance arts ETCETERA. In 2025 and 2026, she is working on a one-year research project at the Royal Conservatoire Antwerp. Her subject is narrative techniques of autofictional writing and the underlying possibilities of making artistic authorship tangible from a dancer’s perspective.
Anne-Lene Nöldner is a member of the Ensemble Elsa Artmann/SANFTE ARBEIT, whose artistic practice between movement, text and voice she has intensively accompanying since 2018.
