Description
In this lecture performance combining humour and analysis, composer Marc Sinan devotes himself to the saints of German music history: Bach, Mozart, and Beethoven – why did they, specifically, survive as icons? Are they actually the superior once-in-a-millennium artists, or are social contexts and power relations at work here? With a lot of jokes, Sinan shakes the pedestals of high culture without losing substance.
