Organize your own concert at the Beethovenfest 2023 together with other young people! Over the course of eight months, you can get to know the work behind each concert and develop a great event together with your team and the Beethovenfest mentors. You can decide in which area of work you want to participate.

... the artistic operations office, where you will be responsible for the entire artist support and the technical aspects of your concert, but also for planning your joint trips.
... the education department, where you will inspire others for the music of your concert with creative workshops or an unusual concert introduction.
... the communications department, where you will have the opportunity to develop a professional marketing strategy and implement your ideas in posters and flyers as well as on our social media channels.
... the press relations department, where you will organize your own press conference in addition to writing press releases.
... the artistic and commercial management, in which you will have the task of leading your team, managing the budget and presenting the project at public appearances.
You can do the project alongside school. There will be a weekly meeting and joint workshops. In addition, you will receive training in facilitation and stage presence. The project offers a direct and detailed insight into event management in the music industry, as well as the opportunity to develop your individual strengths and learn a lot about the future working world. The participation is free of charge.
